The Hotel offered a pleasant stay, with an exceptional staff that was attentive and efficient throughout my visit. The location in the heart of Hot Springs is outstanding, providing easy access to local attractions. Minor updates and maintenance are needed.

Clean rooms with modern touches, perfect for a short stay. Close to the convention center, making it ideal for events.
Room placement near the elevator led to some inconvenient walking. Adjoining room doors allow way too much noise from neighboring guests, making it harder to relax. The elevators were slow and sometimes didn't align well with the floors. The fridge had leftover food from previous guests, and the towels showed visible wear. Limited options in room service due to a lack of printed menus and an unplugged phone made ordering tricky.

The location was fab, walking distance to so many spots! The bar staff was a delight, serving up tasty drinks.
The room felt like a crime scene covered in dust bunnies. If I wanted to sleep with Chewbacca, I'd have brought my dog!

The free breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, featuring scrambled eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere due to low occupancy, making it even more special.
